Meinerzhagen, 21.02.2024. Dennis Nejdrowski (34) becomes a member of the Management of iesy GmbH. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Dennis Nejdrowski will be responsible for all sales activities of the embedded computing specialist from Meinerzhagen from March 1. At the same time, Dr. Lars Fink (51) will move from the management to the advisory board in order to continue supporting iesy's growth.
Dennis Nejdrowski has been with iesy for over four years, where he has been responsible for business development, sales and marketing in a senior position. Working closely with the management team, he has played a key role in laying the foundations for iesy's successful growth. Before joining iesy, he worked as a manager at Aaeon Europe and Insys Microelectronics.
In his new position as CCO on the Management Board, Dennis Nejdrowski will be responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. "I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with Dennis in his new role," says Martin Steger, CEO of iesy. "He brings exactly the strategic and operational strengths we need to take advantage of the growth opportunities in the rail, utilities and digital defense sectors."
Dr. Lars Fink will also join the Advisory Board of iesy on 1 March. There he will provide strategic advice to the management. "With his experience as an entrepreneur, Lars has very successfully shaped the scaling and future-oriented alignment of our core business over the past year," emphasizes Martin Steger. "He will remain with us in the future as a member of the Advisory Board and continue to accompany iesy's growth path."
The demand for individual embedded computing solutions is growing strongly, especially in the industrial IoT sector, with a current total market volume of almost 30 billion euros in 2023 in Germany alone. For 2028, Statista expects a market volume of almost 50 billion euros, which corresponds to a forecast annual growth of more than 10%. iesy is one of the innovation drivers in this area and closed 2023 with the best result in the company's history in terms of turnover and earnings.
